Ninini Beach

Ninini Beach is also called Running Waters. The beach is in close proximity of Lihue Airport, 5 miles, should take you no more than 15 minutes to get there. Ninini is a good beach for swimming, whitewater paddling and fishing. The water is a wonderful blue, walk along the soft sand to Ninini Point. There are also excellent hiking trails starting at the beach. This area gets a lot of rain, April being the wettest month and February the driest.


The views are excellent – the beautiful mountain ranges and then you can also see ships entering and leaving Nawiliwili Harbor in the not-too-far-off distance. You'll find more beaches like Ninini Beach here
