Located in Kapaa, on the Royal Coconut Coast, amongst the coconut trees is where you find this treasure. Walk 100 yards and you are on Waipouli beach. On the property are three pools, a spa, putting green and barbeque areas. Tennis and golf facilities are nearby.


The 131 suites are modern, air-conditioned, with a separate bedroom, complete kitchen, bathroom and spacious living area – all beautifully decorated. High-speed internet access, cable TV and Nintendo – all supplied (according to Best Western for your enjoyment but if you ask me it's an unwanted distraction - especially if you have children!).


There is no restaurant on the property but the Hawaiian Luau provides live entertainment (across the street.) Shopping and dining facilities are either across the street or close at hand, including the Coconut Plantation Market Place. In Kapaa town (2 miles) you will love the markets, specialty shops and galleries. Lydgate Park playground is only 2 miles away, the Wailua River one mile.The rates are great news too: $158 to $170 per night.
